I use this ALL the time -- especially when I'm at work and want to bang out a little between meetings.
Just don't forget to copy and paste what you write back to your word doc (or whatever it is) or YOU'LL go Kamikaze on your own ass :)

I came across this a while ago, but it made me paranoid I'd forget to C&P my work and I'd lose it. So I use this desktop timer thing when I need to do short sprints of writing. It actually helps sometimes.

LOL -- this made me laugh and yes I had to go and test it and LMAO -- Kamikaze really does go on your ass!
Maybe they should invent one if you get to your goal within certain time a little incentive "pops" up if you hear what I'm sayin' --- of the JBJ kind or Henri. LOL.
